If you want a more precise fit, order a KAV fit kit , completely free.
Wrap your measuring device about a half inch above your eyebrows. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

What is your head shape?

Length and Width

To get the most accurate mesurements, have a friend help you.

Expand the calipers such that the long end is aligned with the back of your head, and the shorter end is nearly between your eyebrows. Make sure all of the edges are straight, and the top bar stays parallel to the ground.

Expand the calipers over your head and align the calipers directly over your ears, at the widest part of your head. Make sure all of the edges are straight, and the top bar stays parallel to the ground.
