What is your warranty policy?
KAV warrants that the products are free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship when it is delivered to our customers from our production facility. Unless otherwise stipulated by local law, this warranty is limited to five years from the date of purchase and is limited to the original purchaser. The warranty does not apply in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, using the product in any way other than is intended, replacement with any part or accessory other than original KAV parts and products, attempt of reparation or modification unless expressly permitted in writing by KAV. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty. Corrosion and deterioration caused by harsh chemicals, including sunscreen and bug spray, is not covered by warranty Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims. This warranty takes precedence over any other agreements or warranties, general or special, expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of KAV in connection with the sale or use of this product. KAV makes no other expressed warrantees or guarantees, except as otherwise specifically stated. KAV waives all responsibility for any third party for consequences that might result from the use or handling of any KAV product by any legal or natural person
How do I submit a warranty claim?

The 30 Day period starts from customer date of receipt.
30 Day Best Fit Guarantee is applicable for products that have been ridden within their intended use-case.
If a customer wishes to return (as opposed to swap) a product, they are liable for the cost of return shipping, and any import duties/costs incurred.
The 30 Day period for swapped products runs from date of receipt oforiginal product.
For us to process any returns and subsequent refunds please ensure your item reaches us within 14 days of us providing you with a Returns Number. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit so we advise using a recorded method and may request proof of delivery. Refunds may take up to 28 days to process but we will always endeavour to process them as quickly as possible.
